    • The “Max” button to send your entire balance

  6. Add an optional memo/note for your reference or if required by the recipient
  7. Double-check all details, especially the recipient address
  8. Tap or click “Review” to see a summary of the transaction

  10. You’ll see a confirmation screen with the transaction ID and status

Receiving Cryptocurrency

To receive cryptocurrency to your Flash Wallet:

  1. From the main dashboard, tap or click the “Receive” button
  2. Select the cryptocurrency you wish to receive
  3. Flash Wallet will display your public address for that cryptocurrency along with a QR code
  4. Share your address with the sender using one of these methods:
    • Copy the address to clipboard and paste it in a message
    • Share the QR code directly from the app
    • Use the “Share” button to send via messaging apps, email, etc.
  5. For enhanced privacy, consider using the “Create New Address” option (available for HD wallets)
  6. Optionally set up payment request features:
    • Specify an amount
    • Add a description or reference
    • Set an expiration time
Address Verification Best Practices
  • Always verify the first and last several characters of your address when sharing
  • For large transactions, send a small test amount first
  • Use the address verification tool in Settings to confirm address validity

Monitoring Transactions

Flash Wallet provides comprehensive tools to track your transaction status:

Transaction History
  • Access your complete transaction history from the main navigation
  • View transaction details including:
    • Transaction hash/ID
    • Date and time

    • Sender/recipient addresses
    • Network fee paid

Transaction Status Indicators

Managing Failed or Stuck Transactions

For Pending/Stuck Transactions:
  • Speed Up Transaction: Increase the gas fee to encourage faster processing (Ethereum and compatible networks)
  • Cancel Transaction: Attempt to cancel an unconfirmed transaction by sending a 0-value transaction with the same nonce but higher gas price
  • Replace-by-Fee (RBF): For Bitcoin transactions, use RBF to replace a transaction with a higher-fee version
For Failed Transactions:
  • Check the error message for specific reasons (insufficient funds, gas limit too low, etc.)
  • View detailed error information by clicking on the failed transaction
  • Use the “Try Again” option to resubmit with corrected parameters

Token Swaps and Exchanges

Flash Wallet includes built-in exchange functionality:

  1. Navigate to the “Swap” or “Exchange” section
  2. Select the source cryptocurrency (what you’re exchanging from)
  3. Select the destination cryptocurrency (what you’re exchanging to)
  4. Enter the amount you wish to exchange
  5. Review the exchange rate, fees, and estimated received amount
